January 2007 Exploring Humanitarian Law EDC and Red Cross promote dialogue in 40 languages, 89 countries Exploring Humanitarian Law (EHL) is an international curriculum designed by EDC and the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) that helps young people (ages 13 to 18) explore conceptions of "what's fair" during armed conflicts. The ICRC Web site features a story about the training of educators in Mauritius to use the program.
