The EDC Annual Report was selected from dozens of annual reports submitted from both for-profit and non-profit organizations around the country. The award, given “for excellence in education marketing” was announced and presented by AEP Board President Jo-Ann McDevitt, to Media Relations Manager Alison Cohen, who accepted it on behalf of EDC’s Communications Office, during a luncheon ceremony June 9th at AEP’s Annual Summit in Washington, DC.
“We are very pleased to get this recognition for our 2004 Annual Report, which used wonderful photos and strong narratives to tell the stories of our work in Ghana and Peru, California and Rhode Island,” said EDC Director of Communications Dan Tobin. “Congratulations to our writers and Creative Services Group, as well as to our talented photographers for this award,” he said.
