A transformative leader with over 20 years of expertise in strategic human resources (HR) management, Pinnock brings a proven track record of driving organizational effectiveness and impact, and championing initiatives that promote inclusive growth and equal opportunity in the workplace.

Most recently, Pinnock served as chief people officer at Project Renewal, where he spearheaded comprehensive HR transformation initiatives for a 900+ employee organization. “Conrad brings a wealth of experience to EDC and will play a pivotal role in our efforts to attract and retain talented staff. Our HR colleagues are essential to supporting everything we do, including supporting our programmatic efforts to advance every person’s journey to learn, work, and be well,” said Siobhan Murphy, EDC’s COO and interim president.

At Harlem Children’s Zone, he built and scaled the HR function to support the organization’s growth to 2,300 employees, achieving a 23% reduction in turnover through strategic HR initiatives. His tenure at Amnesty International USA demonstrated his ability to provide crucial HR leadership during organizational transformation, while his work at Millennium Promise Alliance, a founding partner of Malaria No More, showcased his capabilities in global development contexts.
