Adwoa Atta-Krah has more than 15 years of experience designing and managing workforce development and education initiatives for youth. Her passion is in capacity development and equipping marginalized youth with the relevant work readiness, entrepreneurship and livelihood skills they need to thrive in an ever-evolving world. A versatile development leader and project management professional, she has a proven track record of fostering sustainability of project activities for multiple international partners, including USAID, UN, World Bank, and MasterCard Foundation, in West and Central Africa.
As EDC’s Director of Engagement and Delivery, she supports “Our World Our Work,” a 10-year initiative that focuses on the critical intersection of climate action, youth, and employment, and accelerates youth employment and entrepreneurship in a green economy. She also oversees the planning, execution and follow through of strategic organization-wide internal and external engagements for the Office of the President and CEO.
Ms. Atta-Krah is fluent in French and English and holds a Master’s Degree in Sustainable International Development from Brandeis University’s Heller School of Social Policy and Management.
