Nancy Wallace is a senior youth and workforce advisor specializing in work readiness, private sector engagement, and entrepreneurship. She has over 25 years of international and domestic experience managing multimillion dollar programs in Africa, Asia, and the United States. As a seasoned manager, Wallace has proven capacities in youth development program design and implementation, organizational capacity development, grants and financial management, and staff supervision.
Wallace currently serves as the project director for the USAID Philippines Opportunity 2.0, a second chance education, workforce development, and systems change project empowering out-of-school youth in the Philippines. Preceding her project director role, she served as the chief of party of the USAID Mindanao Youth for Development (MYDev) project, which supported youth in conflict and post-conflict communities.
Wallace leads the Private Sector Engagement Working Group and the Youth Team Entrepreneurship Working Group. She is a founding member of EDC’s Gender Working Group.
Wallace holds a MS in Development Management and a BS in Business Administration, Management, and Marketing.
