Sara Greller, a collaborative evaluator and senior research associate, supports programmatic improvements and equity in out-of-school time STEM programs. Greller’s expertise includes evaluation design and implementation, as well as qualitative methods. She has extensive experience disseminating findings through presentations and creating responsive reports. She also supports technical assistance and capacity-building efforts for evaluators who are engaged in broadening participation in STEM projects, including the NSF INCLUDES Coordination Hub.
Greller leads an evaluation of The Franklin Institute’s Mission to Mars program. She co-leads an evaluation of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s 21st Century Community Learning Centers Watershed STEM Education Partnership Grants.
Greller has co-authored several reports on innovative STEM initiatives, including Project BUILD (Building Using An Interactive Design) and Dream, Build, and Create. She has published on K–12 educational improvement topics, such as competency education implementation, kindergarten entry assessments, and principal professional development.
Greller holds an MS in Environmental Studies with a concentration in Environmental Education from Antioch University New England and a BS in Natural Resource Studies from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
