Asli Koksal is the director of business development for EDC’s U.S. Division. She is a highly experienced leader with a strong track record of securing funds for nonprofits and corporations, building strategic partnerships, and strengthening institutional capacity. Drawing on 20 years of expertise, she brings proven management and operational leadership to advance organizational growth strategies.
Koksal conceptualizes and drives implementation of innovative strategies to capture new business. She leads teams to design and oversee systems that ensure successful proposal submissions. Koksal is an accomplished manager of multi-disciplinary teams, processes, timelines, and budgets.
As a member of the U.S. Division’s leadership and management teams, Koksal advances strategic planning and capacity building. She is passionate about safeguarding equity, diversity, and inclusion and exploring the intersection of technology and development to foster sustainability.
Previously, Koksal held senior leadership positions and led business development, communications, and pricing teams at several leading international development organizations.
Koksal holds an MBA from Southeastern Louisiana University and a BA in Business Administration from Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien (Vienna). She is fluent in English, Turkish, and German.
