Kelsay Christian, EDC training and technical assistance (TTA) specialist, has expertise in continuous quality improvement (CQI), project management, and program evaluation. A skilled improvement advisor and facilitator, she guides the collection, use, and analysis of data to inform decision-making and improve outcomes for children and families.
Christian supports 12 grantees for the Maternal and Early Childhood Home Visiting (MIECHV) TA Resource Center, providing proactive TTA and advancing efforts to demonstrate improvements in services. She co-led and coordinated the Creating a Culture of Equity & Justice in Home Visiting community of practice and was an improvement advisor for the 2022 CQI Practicum. She co-leads the learning collaborative for the Innovation TA Center.
Previously, Christian was a quality improvement specialist and home visiting coordinator for Children’s Trust of South Carolina. She developed and led data-driven quality improvement initiatives for the MIECHV and Strengthening Families programs.
Christian holds an MPH in Health Services, Policy, & Management and a BA in Public Health from the University of South Carolina. She completed the Institute for Healthcare Improvement’s Breakthrough Series College.
