Anna Hanel has experience in continuous quality improvement (CQI), project coordination, evaluation, and data analysis. Her interests lie in using CQI methods to improve maternal and child health outcomes through community-level initiatives that prioritize health equity.
Hanel is a project coordinator and evaluator for EDC’s Home Visiting Collaborative Improvement and Innovation Network as well as an evaluator and data manager for the Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting Innovation Technical Assistance Center.
Hanel also serves as improvement advisor for the National Center on Health, Behavioral Health, and Safety and project coordinator for the Massachusetts Department of Public Health’s State Maternal Health Innovation & Data Capacity Program.
Hanel is an MPH candidate at Boston University and holds a BS in Public Health from Texas A&M University.
