Heaven Jimenez is a highly skilled EDC senior administrative assistant. She specializes in developing and overseeing systems and processes that ensure optimal office workflow. In addition, she brings extensive experience in customer relationship management, relationship marketing, purchasing, and human resources.
Currently, Jimenez is contributing her office administration expertise to advancing the goals of EDC’s Center for Early Learning Professionals and the Rhode Island Department of Education Pre-K program that EDC supports.
Previously, Jimenez was an administrative coordinator, administrative assistant, and executive assistant at Brown University and other institutions.
Jimenez holds an AS in Business Administration and Management from the Community College of Rhode Island. She is also attending Rhode Island College to obtain her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Computer Science.
