Tiffani Rogers, EDC training and technical assistance (TTA) associate, is an expert in early childhood special education. She is committed to advancing professional development and supporting administrators, educators, and programs. Her expertise includes child development, early intervention, family partnerships, inclusion, curriculum design, quality improvement, and developmental assessment.

As a TTA associate for EDC’s Center for Early Learning Professionals, Rogers provides professional development and targeted TA to state-funded Rhode Island pre-K classrooms and programs, helping them achieve high-quality standards that foster positive outcomes for children. She also monitors and evaluates progress on quality improvement initiatives.

Previously, Rogers spent over 15 years in the public sector as an early childhood special education teacher, education coordinator, and local education agency representative. During this time, she honed her skills in addressing diverse learning needs, collaborating with families to support children’s development and success, and strengthening programs and services.

Rogers holds an MA in Childhood Education, Teaching, and Learning from New York University, with a focus on special education, and a BA in Sociology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
