Keegan Garza, U.S. Division senior business development associate, brings over a decade of experience in proposal management, cross-functional collaboration, and the development of strategic partnerships. He has deep expertise in proposal management best practices, including the application of the Shipley proposal management method, and is passionate about developing strong internal business development systems and training staff on capture and proposal development best practices.
Garza works closely with leaders and teams across the division to advance key business development goals tied to EDC’s mission. Previously, he served as an associate director for business development at Cadmus, where he managed proposals of up to $150 million for agencies such as the U.S. Agency for International Development, U.S. Department of State, and U.S. Trade and Development Agency. Earlier in his career, Garza worked as a business development manager at QED and was a business development manager at Social Impact.
Garza holds a BS in International Politics from Georgetown University and has received extensive training in capture and proposal management from industry experts such as Shipley Associates and Deltek.
