Bridget Drury is an experienced project director focused on education projects, particularly in Central and South America and in the Caribbean region. She has expertise in strategic planning, work plan development and implementation, budget development and management, partner coordination, and policy and regulatory compliance. She also has experience in research design and implementation, as well as in leading project reviews.
Drury is currently the project director for the Honduras Reading Activity and the Honduras Food for Education project within the EDC International Development Division’s basic education portfolio. She also supports new business development, with expertise in project scoping, design, planning, and budgeting.
Before joining EDC in 2018, Drury supported and managed USAID-funded education initiatives at nonprofit development organizations, including projects in El Salvador, Peru, Guatemala, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Honduras.
Drury holds an MA in Latin American Studies from the University of Texas at Austin, and she is fluent in English and Spanish.
