Cecilia La Torre Ramirez is a development practitioner with a passion for unpacking and systematizing complex information to support decision-making and learning processes for a diverse profile of international projects in Asia, Africa, and Latin America. She has channeled this interest through her work in instructional design for youth and adult learners—conducting curriculum adaptation and reviews, creating lessons, and training trainers in topics such as soft skills, entrepreneurship, employability, and monitoring and evaluation (M&E).
La Torre’s commitment is also expressed through her experience in M&E, which includes leadership and support in research design, data collection and analysis, and application of the Collaborating, Learning, and Adapting framework.
La Torre holds an MA in Sustainable International Development from Brandeis University and is fluent in Spanish and English.
