Nydia Ntouda is a nationally recognized expert in training, technical assistance, intervention, counseling and crisis services, and fundraising. She has extensive knowledge of culturally and linguistically responsive family engagement and support, social determinants of health, childcare licensing and compliance, childcare safety, program management, and data systems. She specializes in the design and delivery of learning experiences that help people significantly improve care and services for young children.

Ntouda is the training and technical assistance coordinator for the National Center on Health, Behavioral Health, and Safety. In this capacity, she facilitates national training events on topics such as trauma-attuned practices, reducing health disparities, and creating healthy and safe environments for young children.

Previously, Ntouda worked as a training and fundraising coordinator for Prevent Child Abuse Florida and led a statewide Circle of Parents network. She was recognized by the governor for exemplary service to Florida’s families.

Ntouda holds an MA in Psychology from Texas Southern University and a BS in Psychology from Florida State University. She is fluent in English and proficient in Spanish and French.
