Olivia Draper specializes in quality improvement (QI), maternal and child health, and qualitative research. Her interests center around health equity, and how QI and community-based interventions support equitable development across the lifespan.
Draper manages the Home Visiting Collaborative Improvement and Innovation Network and serves as universal technical assistance (TA) lead for the Maternal, Infant and Early Childhood Home Visiting Innovation TA Center. She has blogged about parent leadership and QI.
Previously, Draper conducted research for Harvard University’s Democratic Knowledge Project. As a Harvard X-Media Lab Fellow, she explored the intersection of education, digital technology, and prevention science.
Draper holds an EdM in Language & Literacy from Harvard Graduate School of Education and a BA in Applied Linguistics from UCLA. She speaks Spanish, French, and Mandarin.
